Shift Options:

• Full-time flexible schedules (40 hours)
• Onboarding: 3 consecutive days (approximately 10 hours each; all 3 days are required and paid)
• Starting wage: $19.50 – $21.50/hr depending on schedule selected, with pay increases after 6 months

Four-Step Hiring Process:

Step 1: Submit Application (takes approximately 40 minutes)

• After hitting "SUBMIT," job seekers will immediately schedule their Pre-Hire Appointment
• They select a day and time to process through with the Recruiting Team
• Important: Here is the list of acceptable documents that can be used to process through their Work Authorization
  → Acceptable Documents List

Step 2: Attend New Hire Event

• Sit down with a Recruiter to review the role and expectations
• Take a badge photo for building access
• Complete an oral drug test (mouth swab, non-invasive; Amazon does not test for THC during onboarding)
• Background check initiated (Amazon is a second chance employer)
• Receive a "Next Steps" paper with two key reminders:

i. Job seekers must answer phone, text, and email while contingencies are processing. The third-party company provides 24–72 hours to respond. If they do not respond, they will be dispositioned and the role moves to the next applicant.

ii. After contingencies clear, they will receive a $110 + 10% code to purchase composite toe shoes on Amazon (renewed annually), plus a $60 insole code at 6 months. Ordered through their Amazon application platform.

Step 3: Complete Onboarding Paperwork (before first day)

Step 4: First Day at the Building

• The Learning Team will be there to welcome and begin onboarding training
