Give to Gain: Women's Leadership Retreat is a high-energy, half-day leadership summit designed to help women elevate their influence, deepen their connections, and expand the impact they make at work and within the greater communities in which they serve.

Inspired by the 2026 International Women's Day theme, Give to Gain, this summit celebrates the idea that when women rise, communities rise. When women give, they gain strength, perspective, and purpose.

Join us for a powerful morning of real stories, breakout conversations, leadership insights, and cross-industry intentional networking. You'll connect with women across business, public service, education, and economic development, leaving with new strategies, tangible tools, and a renewed sense of purpose.

At this retreat, attendees will:
